2.3.3. Geographical locationWe store all User Data other than credit card data in our local database located in the United States of America. Credit card encrypted data is stored in a third party encrypted vault located in the United States of America in full compliance with PCI DSS regulations. As a processor of travel reservations, we store User data from individuals located throughout the United States. For Users with accounts located in our database with an address outside of the United States of America, all personal data is processed in compliance with the standards and regulations specific to their country or region.
2.3.3.1 Specific Processing for the European Economic Area (EEA)For Users with a European address located in our User database, all processing of personal data is performed in accordance with privacy rights and regulations following the EU Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 (the Directive), and the implementations of the Directive in local legislation.
